Bird Sanctuary of the Boeung Tonle Chhmar

Countryside Cycling Tour

This guided cycling tour takes you out of Kampong Thom town and into the surrounding countryside on quiet back roads rarely seen by visitors. Route options include the rice-field loop south of town (half day), the sugar-palm and village trail east toward Baray (full day), or a sunrise Stung Sen riverside route. All roads are flat, traffic is minimal, and your guide knows the families along the way — expect impromptu stops for palm sugar juice, fresh coconut, and village greetings. Bikes are included. No prior cycling experience required.
